Stefanie Hatlin
Senior HR Business Partner
Stefanie Hatlin brings a broad background in small business management and human resources to her role at Good Carma. She began her career in the arts, earning a BFA in Dance and performing professionally before realizing that applause, while rewarding, doesn’t quite pay the bills. From there, she transitioned into nonprofit administration, contributing to organizations including Velocity Dance Center, Seattle International Film Festival, and Chicago Public Radio.
In 2014, Stefanie founded Squid MGMT, a management company that supported many of Seattle’s leading dance and performance artists. After years of running her own business, she shifted her focus to helping other organizations thrive through consulting in finance, HR, and leadership.During the pandemic, Stefanie joined Imperfect Foods as an HR Generalist, gaining valuable corporate experience. Following a brief hiatus to focus on family, she’s thrilled to bring her creativity, organizational expertise, and people-first approach to the Good Carma team.
