As a graduate of the University of West Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Leigh Ann possesses a combination of analytical thinking abilities and a deep understanding of people—skills applied daily to build efficient, human-centered workflows that keep teams supported and organizations running smoothly.

Passionate about human resources, Leigh Ann is dedicated to creating HR processes that not only function effectively but also make employees feel valued. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with family.
